To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Raetio for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Termination
You may stop using Raetio at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to an account if we reasonably believe the account is being used in violation of these Terms, applicable law, or for conduct that could harm Raetio, our users, or others.
We may also suspend access where necessary to address security concerns, fraud, abuse, or other operational risks.
Upon termination, your right to access and use Raetio will end. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as Raetio develops, our practices change, or applicable legal requirements change.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We may provide additional notice when we believe a change is material.
