Account information

When you create an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, password or authentication credentials, and other account details you choose to provide.

Search and usage information

When you use Raetio, we may collect information about searches, leads, saved searches, saved leads, features you use, pages you view, and other interactions with the service.

Payment information

When you purchase credits, payment information is processed by our payment provider. Raetio does not need to receive or store your complete payment card number to process your purchase.

Device and technical information

We may automatically receive information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about how you interact with our website or application.

Information you provide to us

You may also provide information when you contact support, submit a form, report an issue, participate in a promotion, or communicate with us in another way.

Credit purchases are processed through third-party payment services. When you make a purchase, the payment provider may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy and terms.

Raetio receives information necessary to identify and record the transaction, such as the purchase amount, transaction status, package purchased, and relevant payment or customer identifiers.

We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers or card security codes on our own systems.

Raetio may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the service, maintain authentication, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve our website and application.

Some technologies may be provided by third-party service providers. These providers may collect information about your browser, device, or interactions with our services in accordance with their own policies.

You can generally control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of Raetio.

Raetio does not use browser-based tracking for the purpose of selling your personal information.

Raetio is intended for business users and is not directed at children under the age of 13.
